4. Google Analytics
This website uses Google Analytics 4, a web analytics service provided by Google LLC. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect and analyze information about your use of this website.
The information generated (including your IP address) is transmitted to and stored by Google on servers in the United States. 5. Google Tag Manager
This website uses Google Tag Manager (GTM), a tag management system provided by Google LLC. GTM allows us to manage and update website tags (including Google Analytics) without modifying the website code directly.
GTM does not collect personal information itself. It is a container that fires other tags based on configured triggers. All tags managed through GTM are disclosed in this privacy policy.
6. EmailJS
When you submit our contact form, your form data is transmitted to EmailJS (emailjs.com), a third-party email service that processes and delivers your submission to our inbox. EmailJS processes your name, email, phone, business name, and service selection.
We have configured EmailJS to not retain your contact data in their system (private data setting enabled).
7. Cookies
Our website uses the following types of cookies:
- Strictly Necessary Cookies: Required for the website to function. Cannot be disabled.
- Analytics Cookies: Google Analytics cookies that help us understand how visitors use our site. These are only set after you acknowledge our cookie notice.
We do not use advertising cookies, social media tracking cookies, or any cookies that track you across other websites. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling analytics cookies will not affect your ability to use the website or submit the contact form.
8. Data Sharing
We share your information only with:
- EmailJS — to deliver your contact form submission to our inbox
- Google — for analytics (anonymized data only)
- Vercel — our hosting provider processes web requests (no personal data retained)
- Clerk — our authentication provider (admin login only, not used for visitor data)
We do not share, sell, rent, or trade your personal information with any other third parties for their marketing purposes.
9. Your California Privacy Rights (CCPA / CalOPPA)
As a California resident, you have the following rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Online Privacy Protection Act (CalOPPA):
- Right to Know: You may request a copy of the personal information we have collected about you.
- Right to Delete: You may request that we delete your personal information.
- Right to Opt-Out of Sale: We do not sell personal information. This right is not applicable.
- Right to Non-Discrimination: We will not discriminate against you for exercising your privacy rights.

10. Email Communications and Unsubscribing
If you submit our contact form, you may receive follow-up emails from us about our services. Every marketing email we send includes an unsubscribe link at the bottom.

Unsubscribe requests are processed immediately. We comply with the CAN-SPAM Act in all email communications.
11. Data Retention
Contact form submissions are retained in our email inbox for as long as necessary to respond to your inquiry and maintain our business records.
Unsubscribe requests are permanently logged in our system to ensure we do not contact you again.
Google Analytics data is retained for 14 months per our GA4 configuration. We do not retain contact form data in any third-party system beyond email delivery (EmailJS private data setting is enabled).
12. Data Security
We implement reasonable security measures to protect your personal information:
- All data transmission is encrypted via HTTPS/TLS (Vercel SSL)
- Admin access to any stored data requires authenticated login (Clerk)
- EmailJS private data setting prevents PII retention in their system
- API keys are stored as server-side environment variables, never in source code
No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
13. Children's Privacy
Our website is not directed to children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child, please contact us immediately at rafael@ralphiesdm.com.
14. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last Updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of our website after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
